What colors should I use for my mare again?? help !!!!?
She is a dark TB mare 16.3 hh and i hav a halter I do not want Lime Green look childish. u kno? http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=3495556&l=6aa14161cd&id=685662834 my fav. color is lime green but do not want the appearance of a child. What do I do? DIF add a saddle pad with green poles? HELP? i wana keep the lime in the colors ….
Purple pink or yellow! Hot pink and lime look awesome together! I have a 16hh Dark Bay TB, and their colors are purple and gray. Pink and green all the way! When Green puts a girly color automatically makes green look a bit girlie! I hope this helps!

The book offers advice regarding how to manage our personal and professional life. As part of this, I found it necessary to discuss how to behave in company parties.
Holidays Business
During your employment, you certainly have to attend a company sponsored parties, be it a new year party, or simply out for a drink with the boss. Your attendance is important because the company is trying to relieve some stress and promote camaraderie among workers. If you are married, bring your spouse (if invited) as companies tend to prefer the creation of a family. If the spouse refuses to attend, send a message negative. But assuming that you will attend, be sure to tell your husband before the relevant policy function for which he / she does not accidentally say something Inappropriate causing embarrassment to make you look bad.
Yes, it's time to relax and unwind, but also a time to be on your toes feet. Alcohol tends to loosen the tongue to absorb to the point of intoxication. Now is not the time to say out of your boss or coworker. Do not say something you live to regret, as revealing a dark chapter in their past or how you screwed something up at work, that's how rumors start. Keep cool and collected. If suspicious alcohol, something to look like a regular drinks such as soda and lime (which could happen as gin or vodka and tonic) or apple juice (which passes easily of whiskey). This leads people to believe that you are a social drinker, but allows to keep control of his faculties.
Apart from this, company parties tend to loosen inhibitions and lets you know your colleagues and the head of a more personal level. We also observed the protocol in terms of smoking. Some People enjoy a good smoke, others strongly dislike it. Doing what is right for the occasion.
If ever, in charge of coordinating a party business, ensure its success and accommodates everyone, especially if the year end holiday. Companies take seriously these parties and is often measured by the success of the game is executed. For example, I have a friend who worked at IBM in New York years ago and had to bear the company party, which invited families to attend. He soon discovered that this is a big responsibility. However, it became one big party where everyone enjoyed themselves. There was even a Santa Claus exists to deliver a gift for each child in attendance. And best of all, he gave the party in budgeted expenditures. In fact, the party went so well that his career IBM took off immediately afterwards.
