The problem with breasts and Sport
Any suitable active athlete knows that when you jog, nothing, playing basketball or spear, you might experience a series painful problems associated with her bra and breast comfort.
Sports bras have been around since 1977, largely because the problems associated with regular bras have had some serious complications and ease of movement limited whenever athletes are forced to raise his arms above his shoulders and head.
Over 50% of women report some degree of discomfort or pain in the exercise of regular bras. No rubbing, riding, pulling the shoulder and neck pain. Tingling in the arms and shoulders were also reported, as well as back pain and chest pain. Research has shown that if adequate support of the breasts are not addressed, then the damage to the ligaments of the chest can bring.
The shame and embarrassment that come of ill-fitting or non-use of sports bras just not worth the pain of many women. Therefore, the sports bra has come a long way in 40 years. Not surprisingly however, long-time support at this level as it was less than desirable. However, these days many sports bras use the additional support materials such as lycra to provide additional support and reduce movement.
