Registration of bulls on horseback in The Sims Bustin Out ..?

I am playing Sim Bustin Out on Game Boy Advance and I'm at level 4, where I have to 'Beat Bullriding Record ', but I do not know how .. I like what I do to overcome it? Where is it done? and who knows a good website to trick this game? that would be ideal to give me too. thanks for your answers and God bless.
